Your Scoot History:
I bought my VS4 in 1988 for 125 bucks, and am still trying to make it run right. At first I didn't have any scooter connections and so I made cables and other parts (including a wiring harnesss in which I used only white wires). I thought it'd be a fun summer project and that for a few hundred bucks I'd soon be riding it down to Texas for a small vacation. 5 years later it was running just long enough to get ripped off. I got it back and replaced a bunch of parts and had it painted again and the my engine went tits up, so I sent it to First Kick in SF to rebuild while I went to live in Europe. After I came back, I sent money to First kick and they rebuilt the engine, which work was finished by Dustin at Sportique, and the scooter finally ran (really) for me only 10 years after I bought the thing. I met some DCD people after that, made friends with Paul Andrews and got more involved in scooter stuff. It was his idea to start a new club here in Denver, and I was honored that he asked me to be involved in starting it up too. And that's where things stand now.

Occupation: I read a lot of books and take some pictures and go see bands at small clubs a lot
For Money: Office manager for the state office of a non-profit organization.
